Le Doux stands for taste and aroma.
Owner Ting once studied in Paris and was in love with French dessert. After working in the fashion industry and other fields she decided to enroll in culinary school in New York.
This is a specialty dessert studio based on French techniques and inspired by Asian flavors. Only use unbleached flour and the freshest ingredients of the season, everything made from scratch.
